Administrator order comments/notes
To provide good customer service you need to be able to capture communications with your customers and associate them with your orders.
For example, a customer may mail you asking for a catalog to be included, you can add a comment to the order so that when you review the order to pack it you can remember to do so.
You can also use order comments to easily remember things about certain orders, which will be essential as your order numbers increase and you can't rely in taking notes for each order. Use comments and notes to improve communication at the backoffice.
Administrator order comments won't be displayed to your customers so you can write whatever you want and only administrators will see it.
