For support queries please use the following methods:
- If using Q-Shop v3.5.x Lite or Pro visit the v3.5.x know issues page.
- Visit our knowledge base for a possible answer. Use the search feature if you can't find an answer to your query.
- Visit our forums and search for an answer for your question. You can also post a new question if you can't find an answer.
- If the previous methods don't answer your question and you are within your 90 days of support, contact QuadComm Support
