Template driven e-mailsQ-Shop uses e-mails for notifications sent to customers like when an order is placed, when the order or billing status changes, etc. To personalize e-mails Q-Shop allows you to define fields in your templates that will be replaced with real customer data when the emails are sent. For example, you can use the following fields in new order notifications:
